PMUP V1 Stand/Optical Sensor Mount

Have you worried about your ATO reservoir running low? 

Not only could your return pump start sucking air, but the Apex V1 PMUP cannot be run dry- it can overheat and be permanently damaged without water to cool it.      

For that reason, I designed the Original PMUP V1 stand with optical sensor mount. This is meant to hold the PMUP upright, notify you if your ATO reservoir is low, and also shut off top off before the PMUP is permanently damaged. 

Setting this up is simple: 

1. Unscrew the strainer from your PMUP, insert the PMUP into the stand.

2.  Screw the PMUP strainer back on (from the bottom). 

3. Insert the optical sensor from the top, and then screw on the sensor's nut. 

Compatible with both the Apex optical sensors, and generic float switches (to be used with breakout box for the same functionality)

Printed in aquarium safe PETG plastic. The standard color is orange.

 Optical sensor is NOT INCLUDED.  This is just the stand.
